During summer months the Coop. Sant' Andrea runs a regular boat service from the port of Amalfi to the Santa Croce beach. It can also be reached by over 300 steps from the Amalfi Coast Road west of Amalfi.
Description:
Hitting the beach is the thing to do during the beautiful summer months in Amalfi. The Santa Croce beach is located west of Amalfi along the beautiful and rocky coastline. It offers a quieter and more secluded beach experience than the busy Marina Grande Beach in Amalfi. The beach area is rocky with amazingly clear water, perfect for children to explore, climb and discover. There are two restaurants at the beach that also rent sun beds and umbrellas. Catch a boat from Amalfi during the summer months, or be prepared for a long walk down a winding staircase of over 300 steps!
