Overlooking the picturesque Herengracht canal, this upmarket hotel is centrally located close to Rembrandtplein, the flower market and the museum district. All 50 or so rooms offer the ultimate in luxury, with wireless internet access, air conditioning, flat-panel TVs with DVD players and in-room movies, and stereos. Some rooms come complete with steam showers, jacuzzi baths, or at the very least a rain shower. The concept of the hotel is a traditional approach with very much a private mansion type feel. And this means that you pay one price for your stay and have free access to the bar, beverages, films and breakfast. In short, modern facilities in a beautifully restored old mansion.
