Nest Cafe is a hidden gem in Bethesda that is slowly starting to gain a following. It bills itself as a neighborhood bistro, and that is exactly the sense you get when you settle into its cozy atmosphere. Outfitted with a brick oven and a fantastic, varied wine list, Nest is a great date spot or a place to simply enjoy fresh pasta dishes with friends. There are some interesting fish options on the menu as well. There is live music from 8pm onward on weekend evenings, and half-price bottles on Mondays and Tuesdays. Reservations are not accepted so you may have to wait for a table when the restaurant is busy.
