Bogota is famed for its well-red and educated citizenry and nowhere is this better displayed than in the Luis Angel Arango library in the Candelaria. This is the world's most visited museum, even more so than the New York Public Library. Great exhibitions are put on here that usually correspond to important historic or cultural anniversaries in Colombia.
