Description:
With many sushi restaurants to choose from on the Pearl Street Mall, locals have voted Sushi Tora their favorite. Sushi Tora is on the west end of The Mall, and serves up the best chirashi in Boulder: a box of rice topped by sashimi. Much of the fish comes flown in from Tokyo's Tsukiji market. Their rest of Sushi Tora's ingredients are likely the freshest in Colorado, coming from small farms in Niwot, just miles down the road from Boulder.
