Cancun Cycling Challenge is a bicycle race for elite cyclists as well as bike riding enthusiasts. It is a rare opportunity for fans to ride along-side their racing idols. The course is 11-kilometers but the skill levels of the riders will determine how many laps they should complete. For example, it is suggested that children and novice cyclers only complete 1 lap of 11 kilometers, while professional bicycle racers are expected to complete 10 laps (110 kilometers) around the course.The race will be held in the Puerto Cancun community, located on Avenida Bonampak, in downtown Cancun.
Proceeds from the event will go to Cruz Roja Mexicana (Red Cross Mexico).
