Small, intimate, and elegant, Andre's Bouchee is part neighborhood eatery and part fine dining establishment. With just 49-seats, you'll feel as though you've been invited to a private party that's serving some of the best vittles in Carmel. While dishes like the steamed mussels in white wine sauce, jumbo scallops and beef tenderloin have diners' mouths watering, the Bouchee's true treat is its copious wine list.
