Tucked into Andersonville's main drag on North Clark Street, Anteprima has an ever-changing menu offering recipes gathered from across Italy. Emphasizing local, organic, and seasonal ingredients, the dishes here give you the taste home cooking with a touch of refinement. Each is unique to Anteprima (you won't find fettucine alfredo on the menu), and you can be sure that all of the pasta is homemade. Pasta dishes come in two sizes, which is convenient since you'll need to try some of the house-made salumi to start. Since the menu changes on a daily basis, Anteprima provides a downloadable PDF of the evening's offerings.
