Sonja Holverson advises: although there are fabulous items that you can choose from "La Carte" (50 dishes), you may want to go with what Chef Rochat feels like preparing at that time as it will be based on seasonal and local ingredients and something truly unique and memorable. Also recommended are the "langoustines d’Écosse tempura" and Madras curry with chutney and vegtables, excellent cheeses and an outstanding wine cellar.

There are only 2 Michelin 3 star restaurants in this part of Switzerland. Keep in mind that Chef Rochat goes on holiday the last week in July until mid-August and also 2 weeks at Christmas and the restaurant will be closed.
