Bikram's Yoga in Encinitas is the second, locally owned venue for San Diego residents who study and practice the work of Yogiraj Bikram Choudhury. Located just off Highway 1 in the heart of Encinitas, this newly remodeled (and expanded) venue offers a flexible schedule as well as instructors dedicated to help you to move in the best posture possible. Bikram Yoga isn't typical in that all movements are done in the 105+ degree room where sweating is all part of the challenge. Bikram Yoga Encinitas generally cares about the fit and health of each patron, taking special care of needs during each 90 minute session.
