A backbone of their fleet of bikes is Kona's Africa Bike.In 2008, Kona donated 1000 bicycles to home healthcare workers in under-developed communities across the African continent. Renting from Re-Cycle helps to ensure the future of this important project. For every two Africa Bikes in THEIR rental fleet, Kona donates one to an area of need. They hope to be responsible for sending at least 75 bicycles to Africa in the upcoming year.
