Description:
Located on the southwest shore of famous Lake Winnipesaukee, Ellacoya State Park is a paddlers paradise for kayakers as well as boaters and swimmers. With it's 600-foot long sandy beach, this New Hampshire state park features scenic views of nearby Ossipee and Sandwich Mountains. Owners of small boats can also avail themselves of the boat launch near the beach. Other park facilities include a bathhouse, changing area for swimmers, and showers. The park operates seasonally. It is open on weekends in May and then every day from late June until Labor Day.
