A family pass is the deal of the century. For a small amount of money, you and the whole family can go as often as you like. Extremely good value.

Description:

The Discovery Center of Idaho is the best place to spend a rainy Saturday or host a child's birthday party. Standing exhibits feature a bead of nails, a tornado simulator, a bubble wall, and a pulley-operated chair. Kids never get tired of going to the Discovery Center, and fortunately, adults never get tired of taking them.

Themed exhibits might feature the science of color or how DNA works.

A giant pendulum in the lobby demonstrates the rotation of the earth.

For a small science museum, the Discovery Center packs in a lot. Electricity, magnetism, sight, sound, stress and force, weather, body mechanics, architecture, and more. It's all here.

The Discovery Center of Idaho holds regular classes and day camps throughout the year as well as children's parties.

Located near Julia Davis Park, this is the perfect stop for a full day's worth of delightful activities.

Have you ever wondered why you see colors in soap bubbles? Your answer waits at this educational center, a fun science museum that features interactive and hands-on displays. Visitors can check out the House of Science to see how machines and devices work, and what scientific principles take effect. More than 40 different exhibits, including several traveling exhibits, are featured.
