Bird is what Istanbul lacked and needed. It has opened quite recently in the Sishane region and you may read a lot more about its atmosphere and unique aura in our blog. It is nonetheless worth noting that since day 1, the bar has been filled with people. There is a loyal clientele that arrives almost every weekend. The age is mostly around 25 - 40 with an average of 32. Food is very very good. Try the Tuna tartar and the Steak tartar if you are into raw food.

Music is hip, plays a bit of oldies and 70s as well. Drinks are favorable, prices are not heart-breaking. It is nonetheless an upscale place compared to many other in Beyoglu and Galata.
