The restaurant's open kitchen offers a combination of European and Mediterranean flavors, using only the best and freshest produce. La Rôtisserie is managed by the U.S.-born and Spanish-raised Head Chef Rodrigo Gonzalez-Elias, who arrived in Israel in 2009 to renovate the restaurant for the visit of Pope Benedict XVI.
