Try pan-fried foie gras served with ciku fruit and lemongrass roselle chutney; baked scallops with kemanggi leaf and sour Jamaican plum; or crispy lobster meat served with pink grapefruit and black caviar. For mains, opt for the aromatic char-grilled tenderloin steak with briyani rice and pumpkin curry; or steamed black cod and lobster with mixed beans, belacan (shrimp paste) and ginger-garlic sauce.
