Description:
Ril's brings traditional style steaks into a modern dining experience. Better still, the steakhouse is housed within a 100-year-old Chinese shop lot in the old part of town. It takes up the top floor – Ril's is spacious and clad in sexy black and white, and adorned with chandeliers and leather furniture. The original Chinese-style architecture ensures there's plenty of light flooding in from the structure's three large picture windows. Meat lovers will not be able to resist the their giant on-the-bone porterhouse steak, at 1kg for two or 1.5kg for three- cooked to perfection at intense heat to create that seared, crusty black outside with a succulent, perfectly rare interior. The steakhouse sources some of their best and juiciest cuts locally, supporting the local meat industry, and from Australia. Other highlights on the menu include Ril's
tiga rasa scallops (seared scallops served sweet, sour and salty); crispy pan-seared chicken casserole (chicken stewed in white wine, then pan fried and served on a sweet potato pancake) and a delectable array of locally made ice cream which include flavors such as nutella, Guinness, strawberry cream cheese and
durian.
