Sage Restaurant and Bar does its part by championing homegrown ingredients and small producers. Most of its ingredients, from zucchini to poultry, are sourced from local farms. The menu focuses on Japanese-influenced French food. Get a spot at the Chef's table and order delicious plates of fresh sashimi garnished with a piquant yuzukushou sauce, seafood bouillabaisse with saffron pernod and aioli, confit of duck leg, pan-fried tai fish and the highly pleasurable crepe suzette or hazelnut nougat soufflé with Valrhona chocolate ice cream. The degustation and set menu items change weekly, depending on availability and the chef's whimsy. The dining room seats 120 on sage green banquettes, with a scheme featuring glass, steel panels and timber. The restaurant has two private dining rooms and a cigar lounge.
