Mirabelle has been in the South Lake Tahoe area since 2000 and is owned and run by Chef Camille Schwartz. The mission is to create hearty French culinary masterpieces that can be both warm and comforting or light and fresh. Mirabelle offers a casual menu for dinner that is $29.50 per person and features your choice of appetizers, an entrée and a dessert. You can choose from between a fresh fish dinner, or items like Roasted Duck Breast or Beef Filet. The main dinner menu features items such as Fresh Seafood Vol-Au-Vent which is a blend of seafood in a Riesling mushroom sauce and served in a puff pastry shell with spinach and fresh vegetables, or Roasted Duck Breast with Caramelized Apples Green peppercorn cognac red currant sauce. The appetizers are usually mouth-watering items like Lobster Bisque or Escargots Maison. Desserts include the classic Créme Brulée or a Soufflé for Two with Grand Marnier or Amaretto. Mirabelle also does banquets for special occasions for between $29 to $39 per person.
