Non-chain barbecue and comfort food.
Far from the Strip, on the western side of the Las Vegas Valley, T.C.'s Rib Crib sits in one of Las Vegas's many strip malls. It's easy to drive right by, but if you enjoy barbecue and Southern cooking, you'll probably want to stop and have a bite to eat.
T.C.'s Rib Crib is a family-owned restaurant that offers a friendly, casual dining atmosphere. Their entrees include ribs, brisket, beef tips, chicken wings, pulled pork, and hot links. You'll also find Southern items like catfish—served on Friday, their Catfish Fry Day. For sides, you'll have items such as potato salad, baked beans, greens, coleslaw and fried jalapenos. No good barbecue meal is complete without a spectacular dessert, and some of T.C.'s options are cobbler, banana pudding, and "Better than Sex" cake.
Weekday lunch specials are $5, and are served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Mondays, kids eat for free. Breakfast is served on Saturday and Sundays only. T.C.'s offers some kind of standing menu special for every day. Check their online menu to see what specials they're currently running.
