You cannot tell from the outside but this hotel is a little oasis (nice in the winter) where you can dine in a more exotic atmosphere. The location is good if you're taking the train but it's still a walk up a steep hill to the center of Lausanne for sightseeing. However, you can always catch the Metro going up from the train station.
