Description:

Fuji was the first Japanese restaurant that was opened in Lima, more than 30 years ago, and maintains its main goals of spreading Japanese culture and cuisine in Peru. Its chef and owner, Muneaki Fukasawa, has preserved the high quality standards of those first years, conquering lots of new fans each year. Fuji offers more than 100 different and delicious dishes, including of course sashimis made with the best and the freshest of Peruvian sea products, made by the most prestigious itamaes (Japanese chefs) working in Lima. Here you will find anytime the traditional sushi, and many types of maki rolls with the traditional flavors. Enjoy also those internationally famous Japanese specialties like tempura, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu and many more: and accompany your lunch or dinner with sake, the ancient Japanese liquor. The service is excellent, there is parking space in the street and the decoration and atmosphere are warm, cozy and more than welcoming.
