Built in 1927, The Oriental Theatre provides moviegoers the opportunity to watch a movie in an art deco setting. The third largest pipe organ in the world sits inside the main theatre and every Friday, prior to the 7PM film, the organ introduces the show.Known as the largest art house circuit in the country, The Oriental showcases foreign and specialty films not displayed in standard theatres. It is the world record holder for current and continuing film engagement for its playing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show since January 1978.
