Chistiye Prudi
Chistiye Prudi, or "clean ponds," is misleading -- these ponds are certainly not clean! However, a walk on their promenade is pleasant at any time of year. The surrounding neighborhood is mercifully cheaper than the city center, while still offering lots of options for food and drink. Go here if you want to have a good time while avoiding the elite nightclub scene.
