With woaring ceilings and vibrant local artwork, Pearl is a local's favorite just off the main streets of downtown Napa. Fresh California fare dominates the seasonally changing menu, where you'll find starters like Dungeness Crab Louis and soft tacos with ginger marinated flank steak and house-made tortillas, and entrees like apple-Dijon brined pork chop, and daily fish specials. As its namesake suggests, Pearl's oysters are another draw. Served several ways (on the half shell with lemongrass and Champagne mignonette and house cocktail sauce, or roasted with either barbeque sauce, salsa verde and feta cheese, or aged balsamic and sweet butter) oysters are just $1 each on Saturdays from 11:30am to 2pm. Half of each corkage fee is donated to Napa Humane.
