Here's what Trippy members say about The Hermitage-Home of President Andrew Jackson:

"Then cut across to Cherokee and go through the Great Smoky Mountain National Park to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge  Before you get to Nashville be sure to visit The Hermitage-Home of President Andrew Jackson"  See More

"The only place I visited in Nashville (I'm not a country music fan) was also something I think you should not miss and that is The Hermitage-Home of President Andrew Jackson which is a little way out of town."  See More

"The one place that I would want to stop in Nashville would be The Hermitage-Home of President Andrew Jackson Asheville is much closer to Charleston."  See More

"Places worth seeing are The Hermitage-Home of President Andrew Jackson, Opryland Hotel, Belle Meade Plantation."  See More

"Being a Nashville native, I have to suggest seeing Union Station Hotel, Autograph Collection® even if it’s just to look around, the Nashville Symphony | Schermerhorn Symphony Center (which is the most acoustically sound building in the world and also breathtakingly beautiful), eating at The Hermitage Hotel downtown and having something on the menu that has been served for 100 years, the dance parties downstairs at Woolworth On Fifth downtown, a Tennessee Performing Arts Center show and a cruise on the General Jackson Showboat which is a wonderful experience in talent, history and hospitality. The Nashville ghost tours are also a lot of fun and you learn a lot about the history with a tour of the city. The Frist Art Museum is a great thing if you love art and 12 South is a nice street to walk, shop and eat. These are some suggestions beyond the country music Broadway scene. If you love history be sure and look into the Belle Meade Mansion, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Museum of Art, Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage and the Belmont Mansion."
