The Niagara Glen trail is the perfect spot to check out the wonderful Niagara River that flows through Niagara Falls and beyond. At this trail located just 1 kilometer north of the Whirlpool Golf Course on the Niagara Parkway you and your fellow hikers will be able to enjoy a serene afternoon hiking along the brink of The Niagara River. Along the trail there is a picnic area where you can stop and take some time to enjoy the perfect view. Before heading down the trail check out the new Totem Pole and Woodcarving Park that is on-site of the Niagara Glen trail. With over 500 totem poles placed along the Niagara Parkway you can see the carver Frank Kim at work on a regular basis, something you will never forget. The trail is nice and easy going down, but be prepared for a bit of a workout when walking back up.
