Beaverton
The town of Beaverton is just seven miles west of the bustling city of Portland, Oregon. Beaverton is a great place to settle down and escape the city if you are planning on moving to the outskirts of Portland. It's still accessible to downtown Portland, but it considerably quieter. Although not a common tourist destination, one can tell by looking at Beaverton the real people and families that live in and around Portland live here. There are no frills in this town, as Beaverton is one of the most growing and diverse communities in Oregon. Beaverton currently doesn't have much going on, but as the population of Portland expands, perhaps Beaverton will one day be an up and coming area.
