Breitenbush Hot Springs is a worker owned cooperative located in the Oregon wilderness, on sacred Indian burial grounds. This small hot springs resort is run by a commune that has been living across the main river running through the retreat since the 1980's. Soak in beautiful natural hot springs, and recognize that they also serve as the electricity and heat generators for the entire commune and resort. Communication with the outside world is severely limited, and the rustic accommodations in the middle of the woods create a unique beautiful settling that is simply otherworldly.
