A place to be seen, with genuine Latin American entertainment and a Cuban-ish menu, this bar/restaurant gets packed fast. Drinks aren't cheap but they're good. Service isn't warm but it's efficient. The downstairs area has more room for dancing, but the ground floor seems to collect the crowd's energy, trapping the buzz. Stomping ground for tourists? Maybe. But La Bodeguita also offers stomping, singing, swiveling entertainment that's tough to ignore. And while you're there, feel free to light up a Cuban cigar, readily available at this raucous yet classy bar.
