Day 1 - Quebec City
As a child, living in a castle was one of my many rotating fantasies. That and my other personal favorite: being part of Captain Kirk's crew on Star Trek, but I digress. Chateau Frontenac is one of the most photographed hotels in the world. It's the closet thing to staying at a castle that most of us will ever have. It is also one of the most romantic hotels in Quebec with top-notch service.
