The infamous Mustang Ranch and its sister brothel, the Wild Horse Ranch, is located just outside of Reno and Sparks and is probably one of the most famous brothels in the world. The movie "Love Ranch" with Helen Mirren and Joe Pesci was based on the Mustang.The Mustang Ranch made headlines a few years ago when its owner, Joe Conforte, ran off to South America under allegations of tax evasion and the brothel was taken over and closed down by the government. The brothel is now under new ownership, but the ladies of the night still reside there and offer men, women and couples whatever fantasy they desire. Participants have their choice of many different types of ladies and options such as massage and theme rooms.
Costs will vary according to the choice of lady, the experience and the participant's budget. The Mustang Ranch also has a bar with daily happy hours that serves food like steak and burgers, an indoor and an outdoor jacuzzi and a store that sells T-shirts, mugs and bumper stickers.
The Wild Horse Ranch (designed like a hunting lodge) offers most of the same opportunities, as well as a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor jacuzzi and several private suites.
