Just a few minutes' walk from Santa Teresa's main drinking and dining strip, this recently-revamped bar attracts crowds of locals rather than tourists. There are some interesting bar snacks on the menu - such as little 'pillows' of tapioca flour filled with shrimp and cheese, and little fried balls of Brazilian beans. The
caiprinhas are well made, and make an ideal companion to the live samba, bossa nova and chorinha music that packs the place out on Saturday nights.
