The Shiva Centre (formerly known as Flow Yoga) is located on the eastern edge of Sugarhouse (near Blue Plate Diner).Check online for their schedule; each day features a long list of various classes. Also offered at the studio is Kalari. Child-specific yoga available, too.
Payment can be done on a class-to-class basis, with a punch card, or by way of a monthly membership. Special offers for first-timers.
