Description:
The first and only microbrewery in Los Cabos. They have since opened a second location in San Lucas overlooking Medano Beach, but the original is in the art district of San Jose del Cabo. The beers here are rich and varied, from the light bodied hops of the Baja Blond ale to the maltier, hoppier Peliroja red ale to the dark, super malty Escorpion Negro. They make great pizzas, with the dough coming from spent barley and and beer. The burgers are amazing. You can choose from a selection of steaks. Naturally, they also have some beer battered options, including onion rings and fish and chips. Everything about this place makes you want to get comfortable for a few hours. Oh, and their logo is a burro chasing a beer on a stick (a variation on the old carrot and stick image). Great atmosphere, great beers, great food, and great shirts. What else do you want?
