Order sushi to be delivered if you're not feeling like going out, or get it to go and take it to the park by the river for a picnic.

Description:

Maiko is a large sushi restaurant in Manuel Montt, a peaceful sector of Santiago's heart of the upper middle class, Providencia. It is open both for business lunches and for dinner, and has a variety of specials, discounts and other offers and combinations if you'd like to keep prices down.

Variety plates, sold as combinaciones, start from 6,800 CLP per person for a variety of nigiri, California and other style rolls. There are also tempura and panko rolls, and as is the Chilean tradition, many rolls wrapped in salmon or avocado. The temaki (hand rolls) are sizeable, and the shrimp tempura maki is very tempting.

Hot dishes include yakisoba, yakitori and several other traditional Japanese dishes not often found in sushi restaurants in Santiago such as beef gyutataki

Maiko also does brisk business in delivery, so if you're not in the mood to go out, you can always order some rolls or hot food to be brought to your room or hostel. After a long day of walking around Santiago, it might be just the thing to revive your energy.
