Description:

The Kingsbrae Horticultural Gardens is a 27 acre public garden on the land of an old estate. The public garden is not a botanical garden, developed strictly on an educational basis. It is a wonderful feast for the senses that blends learning with presenting the visitors an amazing array of plants. The attraction features a garden cafe and a gift shop too.

The public gardens, which opened in 1998, has the old estate's high hedges and trees and there has been many well developed plantings. There are almost 2000 varieties of trees and plants. This is one of Canada's "Top Ten Public Gardens" and it rates as a must see attraction in the Charlotte County of New Brunswick. Other notable features include an extensive rose garden, a fully functional Dutch windmill, a children's garden & Victorian-mansion playhouse and duck ponds.
