This little gem tucked into the ground floor of American Yacht Harbor recently replaced Lotus, an Asian-fusion restaurant. The same owners have created a new seafood joint offering creative island-inspired cuisine that some feel is the best on the island. Popular dishes include blackened fish tacos, poblano crab soufflé, fresh chipotle ceviche, cassava crusted snapper with avocado risotto, mango-pepper sea bass with manchego mash, grilled yellowfin tuna with passion fruit salsa, and rock shrimp stuffed angus filet with cilantro-jalapeno mash. Some of the dishes from Lotus have been preserved, including sushi rolls, sashimi, and the famous tempura banana cheesecake. During happy hour, which is every day from 5-7 pm, drinks are two for the price of one.
