The most expensive, formal, and sleekly elegant of the three restaurants in Yacht Haven is Grande Cru, whose meticulously crafted dining room manages to be both romantic and jazzy at the same time. Tables spill from indoors to the outdoors onto a covered veranda that's open to a view of privately owned yachts. Stylish menu items include braised short ribs on horseradish and lemon risotto, pistachio and basil-crusted goat cheese on greens with a truffle-flavored vinaigrette, and a succulent version of roasted chicken with preserved lemon and sun-dried tomatoes. You'll also find antipasto with handcrafted artisan bread, elegant salads and savory Mediterranean tapas. Drinks include infused martinis and an inspired wine selection.
