While originally an upstairs cocktail bar, Madame Fling Flong has expanded out into a fully refurbished and redesigned Cocktail and Tapas bar occupying two levels of beautiful brick and wood laden interiors. Without placing too much of a label on such a diverse space, Madame Fling Flong is best remembered for its inventive cocktail list and superb (and cheap) tapas menu. Creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, Madame Fling Flong lets you enjoy your drinks and meal without being overcome by loud music and large crowds. The owners currently cultivate a plot of land north on which they grow a large proportion of the menu's fresh ingredients. Chef Chris Bell produces the house-cured charcuterie, pickles and hand crafted cheeses, and infuses oils with home-grown herbs and fruits.
