Description:
The Ambassador Theater in Taipei is best known for its bone-rattling sound system. The 1,500 person theater runs new feature films regularly. Because the theater is so popular, expect to wait on the weekends or holidays. The screen shows movies in 3D, but as of 2010, glasses were only available in adult sizes. On the plus side, feel free to bring your screaming babies, as the speakers will easily drown out even the most passionate temper tantrums.
