Expect to wait in line, but once you're in, good times await. It's not unusual to see drunk women dancing on the bar top (and everywhere else) and rumor has it that the older expat crowd heads here at night to pick up prostitutes.Should you head to Carnegie's leave your valuables behind and keep a close eye on your wallet or purse, as the staff has reported frequent thefts in the crowded bar, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.
