Description:
Named for Glenn Gould, a Canadian who became the leading classical pianists of the 20th century, the studio is both a concert hall and a recording studio. Known for its excellent acoustics, it was designed to record specifically classical and jazz music for radio broadcast, and it has been incorporated into the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Canada's national public radio and television stations.
