There is an hour and a half time slot for diners, so don't plan to spend the night there. And, they don't split bills.

Description:

Judas Goat Taberna is a part of the same family that owns The Irish Heather, Shebeen, Salt and The Salty Tongue, so you know you're in for something delicious when you go here. Located right beside Salt on Blood Alley, it's a small, but inviting little spot and is ideal for smaller groups. The menu is inspired by Spain, France and Italy, so expect flavor and Mediterranean cuisine. Unlike many other restaurants in Vancouver, Judas Goat's menu is very similar to how you would order in Spain. You check off how many of each item you would like and things are supposed to be shared. The pinxtos are little bites that are perfect for starting your meal off while you deliberate over the rest of the menu. The rest of the menu is divided up between hot, cured, escabeche and crudo, salads and sweet. So, make sure you order from a few sections and order some some wine or sherry from their extensive list. After you've satisfied your hunger, head out and explore the rest of Gastown, as there are plenty of places to grab a drink after dinner.
