Romer's Burger Bar is not your typical burger joint, they use only the best ingredients that's flat-top seared to retain all the juices that make their burgers so great. The first step to creating the perfect burger starts with all-natural Heritage Farms range-fed Angus beef, local and natural Fraser Valley pork, lean turkey, free-run chicken or wild BC salmon. After you choose your protein and have it cooked to order, they serve it on an indulgent brioche bun and you have your choice of a number of different toppings. They make their mayo and mustard in house and they don't skimp when it comes to choice. For your mayo, choose from truffle, orange, bacon, olive oil, chipotle or a garlicky aioli, and if you feel like getting really crazy, add applewood bacon or braised short ribs to your bun. Romer's also has some starters, salads, fries and desserts if you want to go all out.
