Executive Chef Marc-André Choquette is leading the team at the Loden hotel's Tableau Bar Bistro and is serving up traditional French bistro cuisine with an updated twist. Expect to see things on the menu like French onion soup, rabbit terrine, tuna Niçoise, a variety of flatbreads, fresh oysters and braised veal shank. The cocktail list offers a number of tasty elixirs and The Fiscal Agent is beautifully delicious. It's mixed with rye, giffard abricot du roussillon, grapefruit juice, peach bitters and shaken to perfection.
