Cave Spring Cellars is not only established as one of Canada's most acclaimed wineries but as it has been in operation since 1978 Cave Spring Vineyard is a perfect spot for tasting the great wines in Ontario's wine country. With the oldest extant wine cellar in all of Ontario this winery sure boasts a lot of wonderful additions to not just quality wine. The winery can be found in a lovely historic 1871 building and is next door to Inn On the Twenty, The Jordan House and the famous On the Twenty Restaurant.
