A new entrant on the Waiheke's hospitality scene, the Skinny Sardine is an extremely popular spot. It's situated on the main drag in Oneroa (almost impossible to miss coming from the ferry) overlooking Oneroa Bay. This is the only venue on Waiheke open 7 days from midday to midnight and the ambience reflects it. By day it is island casual, with locals and tourists alike sipping their favourite beverages on the Verandah or inside on the couches. As night falls they adapt the music for the time and keep the good vibes going. The food is always Tapas and definitely affordable. All in all the venue is one for sharing, good food, good stories and good drinks.
