Bar 123 is located on Guanren Road within walking distance of the Marco Polo hotel. Like many of the bars around it, Bar 123 features an outdoor patio next to the road, although this bar's patio is a little larger. The inside is very spacious, with a pool table, the bar itself, smaller high tables next to the bar, and larger tables further away. The bar is relaxed, with a friendly waitstaff, with bartenders serving basic beers and cocktails.Bar 123 is spacious, but is often empty, sometimes accomodating the overflow of people trying to sit outside the other bars of the area. Recently the bar has been offering specials that have made it more popular, making it more popular amongst expats and locals.
