North of St. George lies the little burg of Leeds. Just off I-15, Leeds is actually a tale of three towns: Leeds, Harrisburg, and Silver Reef. Although Harrisburg was valiantly farmed by determined Mormon settlers and Silver Reef grew into a huge mining town, today they are ghost towns while Leeds survived. Leeds is situated near both the Kolob Canyons and south (Springdale) entrances of Zion National Park. Cute and worth a swing through.
